ABout the School

At Still I Rise International School Nairobi, we believe in the power of education to transform lives. Since opening our doors in 2020, we've been dedicated to providing free, high-quality education to refugee and underprivileged children. As the first school of its kind globally, we follow the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, focusing on the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Program (DP). We aim to empower vulnerable children by supporting their emotional well-being, developing leadership skills, and encouraging personal growth. We want our students to thrive both in school and in life, preparing them for opportunities in higher education and the professional world. Our doors are open to children from refugee and marginalized communities, offering a nurturing environment where everyone can feel safe, valued, and heard. We instill kindness, resilience, and global citizenship, helping students develop the skills they need to succeed and make a positive impact on the world.
