The International Career and College Counseling (IC3) Movement is a global effort to enable high schools to help their students make the best-fit higher education and career decisions. It aims to empower every school to run a robust, fully functioning career and college counseling department.

IC3 is dedicated to helping schools build strong career and college counselling programs. Our goal is to equip educators with the tools, training, and resources needed to support students effectively. With a focus on collaboration and access to a global network, IC3 enables schools to provide specialised guidance, helping students make informed decisions about their future.
The Annual International Career & College Counseling (IC3) Conference & Expo is held each August to bring together high schools and higher education representatives for a collaborative dialogue on issues that prompt solutions in career and college counseling practices.
The IC3 Regional Forums are a series of professional development events held annually from January through July, hosted at local high schools in various cities around the world.
