IC3 Leaders
The IC3 Leadership Committees support the IC3 mission in various capacities and regions. From educational leadership positions, they seek to discover, discuss, and delegate solutions for issues related to career and college counseling. Specifically coming from high schools and universities around the world, this group of 300+ dedicated leaders drive IC3’s efforts around awareness, outreach, content curation, galvanizing thought leadership, sustainable development, and much more.

Advisory Committee
The Advisory Committee aims to create awareness about IC3 initiatives. Their outreach helps to connect IC3 with senior figures in the education sector such as government bodies, boards, trusts, etc. The committee also recommends content they believe is relevant for different IC3 initiatives.
Presidential Committee
The Presidential Committee leads the effort to galvanize fellow thought leaders across the spectrum of schools, universities, and industry to exchange ideas on the criticality of counseling in schools to help young people realize their full potential. In particular, this group provides leadership and vision for the IC3 Presidential Forum.
IC3 Leader's Mentor
Africa Committee
The Africa Committee acts as the voice of IC3 across the African continent, driving public opinion on counseling and supporting the overall goal of reaching a broader audience across Africa.
Content & Research Committee
The Content & Research Committee is primarily responsible for establishing rich content for all IC3 events and initiatives. This committee ensures quality and value of content, and maintains that no content at IC3 events is used to promote any organization, individual or institution.
Inclusion, Diversity & Scholarship Committee
The Inclusion, Diversity & Scholarship Committee leads initiatives that increase access and inclusion of under-resourced schools and under-represented regions in activities across the IC3 Movement. Members support the promotion of the IC3 Movement’s scholarship program and actively look for deserving candidates within the global high school community.
Latin America & Caribbean Committee
The Latin America & Caribbean Committee consists of leaders chosen from across the region, focusing on inclusion and accessibility when it comes to sharing information across countries and languages.
